Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bebougie, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that you may sometimes change your mind or that a product isn't quite what you expected. That's why you can return or exchange your order within 100 days of receiving it. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you.

How do returns work?

Step 1 – Prepare your return

Carefully pack the product you'd like to return. Make sure it is unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and free from damage.

Step 2 – Send the parcel back

Send your return with a tracking code so the parcel reaches us safely.

Step 3 – Send us an email

Email info@bebougieshop.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• Your address and contact details
• The quantity and name of the product(s) you're returning
• The tracking code of your return

Step 4 – Refund

Once we've received your product in good condition, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Want to exchange an item?

Step 5 – Order your new product

After returning the unwanted product, you can simply place a new order for the product you want on our website. Once we've received the returned product in good condition, we'll also refund the original purchase amount of the first product within 14 days.
