Free shipping in the Netherlands

Free shipping in the Netherlands on orders of €50 or more and on all subscription orders. Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 13:00 CET are shipped the same day.

International shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We offer two types of international shipping:

1. Duties included (Recommended) – includes all applicable import duties, taxes and fees. No extra payments are required on delivery and the parcel is insured.

2. Duties not included – excludes import duties and taxes. These are determined and charged by the local carrier on delivery. This option may lead to additional costs.

Please note:

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.
• A “business day” is Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.
• International shipments may be delayed by customs procedures.
• Shipping prices are in euros (€).
• Import duties, taxes and fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
• Shipping costs, import duties, taxes and fees are not refunded for undeliverable or refused shipments.
• International orders cannot be shipped to PO box addresses.

Business days & public holidays

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Orders must be placed before 13:00 CET to be processed the same business day.

We do not ship on the following Dutch public holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Easter Monday
• King's Day
• Ascension Day
• Whit Monday
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Missing / stolen parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait one business day — carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered too early. If the parcel still hasn't arrived after that, please contact the carrier directly. Bebougie cannot be held responsible for misdelivered or stolen parcels.
